How We Work
In all the work we are involved in around the world, we see that it is imperative that we understand culture, language, and society for relationships and partnerships to be fruitful. Hence, we put a great emphasis on culture and language training for people linked with our activities.
Partnerships
The success of NODEPA depends on effective partnerships. Through local partnerships and a global network of donors and contributors, we can provide the right resources to specific needs. This enables the organization to partner and work effectively with local governments, civil society, institutions, and businesses.
Facilitating the use of professionals in strategic positions
People are important and have an impact on neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities. NODEPA, therefore, strives to link skilled personnel to key positions within institutions, both public and private, who through their life and work can have a positive impact on colleagues and those around them.
Investments
NODEPA has two types of investments, namely in non-governmental development projects and in small-scale enterprises. It is important for NODEPA that development projects and businesses are anchored in the local community, and any profits stemming from investments will also be re-invested in the society.
